The Registration of Professional License

for Foreign Teachers through KSP self – Service

1. Checking the 13-Digit ID Number

Request the number through KSP School online service (Educational
Institutions System), using passport number for checking ID Number
at Menu “Professional Registration Records”
Choose “Create Identification Number for Foreign Teacher”
Click on “Save Identification Number Information”

If already had the ID number, you will receive a status update message
notifying that the number has been created then you can apply online
service immediately.

If not found, please request 13-Digit ID Number through KSP School and
the processing time takes 1-3 working days.

2. Applying for Online Service

Apply for KSP Self - service at www.ksp.or.th

Click on KSP self - Service

1. Click on KSP Self – service then select “Registration”

Select “Registration
(Foreign Teacher)”

2. Read the terms and conditions, click “Accept” and “Agree”

3. Complete all the required personal information on

the “Membership Registration” page
3.1 Enter the 13-Digit ID Number at “Identification Number”

3. 5 Provide a foreign teacher’ s photograph holding passport by

following this example

How to attach an image, click on “Choose File” and select the image

3. Submitting Online Application Form for “The Registration

of Professional License”
3.1 Select Menu “Professional License”, click on
“ Professional License then click “ Registration of License –
Foreign Teacher” and choose “Complete Online Application Form”

Click on “Choose File”

and select foreign
teacher’s photograph

** Please check visa issued date, visa expiration date and the type of visa in
passport, the visa categories that be able to use as follows:
- Non-Immigrant Visa Category “B” select B (Business)
- Non- Immigrant Visa Category “ O” select O ( Others) must have
relationship with Thai people, providing an evidence such as birth
certificate, marriage certificate or Thai child adoption documents.

3.1 Check the correctness of name written in Thai and present address

3.2 Check the correctness of educational Institution address

If need to edit the name, click on to select the name of Educational
Institution

3.4 Complete the detailed information of educational background

3.4.1 In case of having a degree in education
- Select Bachelor’s Degree or;
- Master’s Degree or;
- Doctoral Degree
Then, complete all the required information, using uppercase letter in
English

Click on the checkbox Admission and Graduation date
after that it will show the Note: If not know the institution
detailed of educational accreditation agencies, do not
background to fill in type your answer in the field

3.4.2 In case of having a degree in another field and a graduate

diploma in teaching profession

3.5 Complete the experience in teaching

** Have continuing experience in teaching at educational institution of

not less than 1 year**
* * The experience evaluation form must include an educational
institution administrator and two teachers in company with attaching
photocopies of evaluators’ professional licenses **

3.6 Answer all the questions

3.7 Attach required documents

Attach required documents No. 1-8 by classified each documents with

the following items in the list, combine a specified document into
a single PDF file for each item and photograph merge into one JPG file.

Attaching an Original Official Degree Confirmation Letter

** Document No.6**; an original official degree confirmation letter must
provide as follows:
1. Take a photograph of the envelope before open it;
2. Stamp the date when open a sealed envelope from the institution;
3. Write foreign teacher’s passport number at the top-right corner of
the letter;
4. Scan an opened Original Official Degree Confirmation Letter

3.8 Receiving license; select “In Person” or “Postal Service”

4. Checking Application Status

How to check the status, select Menu Professional License
then click Registration of License – Foreign Teacher
and choose Check Application Status

5. Printing a Bill Payment

How to print a Bill Payment, go to Menu “Professional License”
then select Registration of License – Foreign Teacher
and click Check Application Status

Bill payment for the Registration of License fee will be provided

QR code payment below which be able to pay the fee at counter
service, post office and Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited.

**** After paying a Bill Payment,the approval process will be taken 15-30
working days in order to be able to check the approval status*****.
“When an application has been approved, the electronic license can be
printed”.

6. Checking the Approval Status of Application

How to print a Bill Payment, go to Menu Professional License
then select Registration of License – Foreign Teacher
and choose Check Application Status.
“ The status will appear “completed” .
It means that the license has already been approved by the Professional
Standards Committee so that Electronic License can be printed
immediately.

7. Printing Electronic License (e-License)

Select Menu Electronic License (e-License and Copy of License)” and
choose e-License (Since 16 October, 2020)”
