Dear Parent,

As you are aware, the country is witnessing an upsurge in covid cases. Keeping in view the rising
number of infections, it is advisable to take preventive measures by adhering to the covid norms
immediately.
As responsible citizens and alert parents, we are committed to the safety, welfare and wellbeing of
our students and community at large.
Hence, we request you to lend us your cooperation by encouraging the children to wear masks, use
sanitizers and stay disciplined by following covid appropriate practices like regular washing of
hands, not sharing glasses, eating utensils and water bottles and avoid touching their eyes, nose and
mouth to hinder the spread of infection.
We, at school will remain proactive by continuing the fumigation and sanitizing measures and
urging our staff and other employees to follow the COVID appropriate practices.
We hope you understand and appreciate the fact that we need to follow the protocols so that we can
stop the rampant spread of this virus.
Kindly refrain from sending your wards to school if they have fever, cough or flu like symptoms.
