MARCO TEÓRICO GENITOURINARY SURGERY DEFINITION:

"Genitourinary" is a word that refers to the urinary and genital organs. Urology is
the branch of medicine that deals with the urinary tract in both sexes and the
genital tract of the male reproductive system formed by the urinary system, in
both sexes, male genital tracts and female genitalia. The urinary and genital
systems have different functions. In men, the urinary and genital systems share
the urethral duct to excrete both semen and urine. The genitourinary system
