Further recalling to the creation of an organisation that works with all countries laws to solve
a problem,

Showing appreciation to citizens' rights and interests, such as privacy, and control,

Fully aware of the violent activities going in our country,

Confident this will effectively prevent the overuse of privacy that will hurt our citizens

Seeking new laws to prevent any abuse of privacy and obtain unknown information to the
public and those who abuse these laws will face severe consequences,

1. Draws attention to the creation of an organisation and works to protect the citizens
right to privacy and works with other laws;
a. House privacy
I. Homes are off limits. They cannot be accessed, searched, observed, or
wiretapped without a legitimate court order specifying the location first
(only if you have a warrant) Entering is only acceptable in emergency
situations or when a cry for help is made,
b. Internet privacy,
i. Adopt thorough and comprehensive protection regulations that hold
businesses responsible for how they gather and utilize people's
personal information,
ii. Everyone has the right to view, amend, and delete their personal data
as well as to have such data protected. Everyone has the right to object
to having their information disclosed,
c. Personal freedom,
i. Individual liberty is a protected natural right that cannot be violated.
Citizens may only be seized, searched for, arrested, or have their
freedoms restricted by a valid judicial warrant required by an inquiry,
with the exception of cases of in flagrante delicto (caught red handed),
ii. Those who have been assaulted are entitled to fair compensation,
according to the state,
2. Considers the country's citizens' right to protect their basic rights of privacy by
strengthening existing laws in C190 Violence and Harassment Convention and the
INAI for Mexico and Article 54: personal freedom for Egypt,
a. Establishing laws that shields the resident’s intangible physical rights such as
but not limited to:
i. Medical records will be protected by Medical and Health Services
Law which state that medical facilities keep and protect their patients'
clinical records and keep this information private,
ii. Has to give consent for pat down procedures for security measures, if
refused has to use metal detectors and other forms of procedures that
don't recur touch,
b. Implementing rules that secures people's privacy in the digital world,
i. Devote time to review National surveillance practices by ways such as,
but not limited to, monitoring its citizens’ accounts by tracking any
verification for copyright violations or other intrusions and being
inspected when anything odd is found,

3. Encourages the people to temporary surrender their right to privacy to the government
when needed,
a. Laws will be put to ensure that this information will stay safe,
i. Ensures that personal information cannot be linked to the subject,
ii. Sign official document that states that this information will be keep safe out in
the public,
b. Rules and regulations will be established to emphasize when these laws will be used,
i. When the individual's consent is not possible and it prevents them from getting
medical treatment, diagnosis, aid, or health services are necessary,
ii. If a court order is in place,
iii. When it's important in an investigation,

4. Further invites the creation of awareness campaigns to draw attention to the consequences
of uncontrolled use and the exploit of privacy and the dangers of it,
a. Using localised social media networks, to write about the repercussions of crimes
committed on privacy, such as but not limited to:
i. The cost of fines,
ii. Punishment for violators of the laws, such as imprisonment,
iii. Educating the citizens of new laws,
b. Rules and regulations should be publicised in new channels.
i. New channels can notify the general public of any updated policies or
guidelines connected to privacy.
ii. Consequences include fines and jail time.
c. conducting an informative rally or event,
i. Hosting a rally in a populated area to as much attention,
ii. After implementing new restrictions, hosting an event will notify them,
iii. Activities relating to internet privacy should take place in a welcoming setting,
including but not limited to:
1. Like a slideshow,
2. A parade, which will draw people's attention while simultaneously
alerting them,
3. Organising an event is an entertaining way to ensure that everyone
knows how to stay safe and the possible consequences of breaking the
law while still having fun,
5. Further requests citizens to exercise their right of privacy practices by ways such as, but
not limited to:
a. The right to consent to certain procedures,
i. Needed approval before performing a medical procedure,
ii. Need permission for processing of personal data like collecting, storing,
retrieving, consulting, disclosing, or sharing with someone else, erasing, or
destroying personal data,
b. Data protection,
i. Will create or reinforce existing laws that protects privacy and will cooperate
with existing laws to reach a mutual agreement that would be beneficial,

6. Bearing in mind that citizens need a quick way to access help, if their right to privacy has
been violated,
a. Create an institution that finds solutions to the problem,
i. Employees should be familiar with the rules and the rights of privacy,
ii. If a second party is involved an employee should follow these instructions,
1. Once a citizen has called, an employee will file a report with the police
and track down the breacher,
2. Once the breacher is found, they will be handled by the authorities,
3. If the breacher is not found, more employees will be put on
the case until the breacher is apprehend.
