This is to notify that your Bid dated November 16, 2022 for the execution of ELECTRICAL
MATERIALS (for Replacement of the Lighting Fixture and Indusrial Wall Fan @ E.S Binghay
Cultural Center, Poblacion Balamban Cebu) for the Contract Price of equivalent to THREE
HUNDRED TWENTY SIX THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE PESOS ONLY
(Php 320,675.00) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders is hereby
accepted.

You are hereby required to provide within ten (10) days the performance security in the form and the
amount stipulated in the Instructions of Bidders. Failure to provide the performance security shall
constitute sufficient ground for cancellation of the award and forfeiture of the bid security.
