A RESOLUTION UTILIZING BARANGAY 905, ZONE 100, UNAPPROPRIATED AMOUNT OF NINETY-NINE

THOUSAND PESOS, (99,000.00 Php), FOR THE YEAR 2017 FOR ELECTRICITY EXPENSES TO BE APPLIED
TO TRAINING EXPENSES DUE TO INADVERTENCE.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3 (b) of Republic Act 7160 of the Local Government Code of
1991, provides that, “there shall be established in every local government unit an
accountable, efficient and dynamic organizational structure and operating
mechanism that will meet the priority needs and service requirementsof its
communities”.

WHEREAS, to bolster Section 7 (g) of RA 7610 which states, in part, that “any fund or
resource available for the use of LGU’s shall be first allocated for the provision of
basic services or facilities enumerated in Section 17 (b) of RA 7160 before
applying the same for other purposes, unless otherwise provided in this Code,
there is an apparent need to rationalize the policies and guidelines on study
tours or “lakbay-aral” activities of the LGU’s.

WHEREAS, that Barangay 905 have a total of one hundred thousand nine hundred fifty-six
pesos, (100,956.00 Php) unappropriated amount for electricity expenses under
Maintenance And other Operating Expenses, (MOOE) for the year 2017.

WHEREAS, that Barangay 905 had incurred a balance of ninety-nine thousand pesos,
(99,000.00 Php) on training expenses, “LAKBAY ARAL 2017” due to inadvertence
and the unappropriated amount will be utilized from electricity expenses under
MOOE.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, the approval UTILIZING BARANGAY 905,

ZONE 100, UNAPPROPRIATED AMOUNT OF NINETY-NINE THOUSAND PESOS, (99,000.00 Php), FOR
THE YEAR 2017 FOR ELECTRICITY EXPENSES TO BE APPLIED TO TRAINING EXPENSES DUE TO
INADVERTENCE.
