IV. RATIONALE

These activities are designed for the community to give opportunities to the
youth who can’t provide their education. An Educational Program for the out of school
youth to have an access to the quality education and for their better life in the future.

V. OBJECTIVES

These activities are aimed at incorporating elements of learning, passion and

turning the youth’s attention away from negative influences and promote harmonious
relations among them.
