Procurement of supplies and equipment for BAYANIHAN ACT AS
ONE project

III. RATIONALE

DepEd Memorandum No. OOF-2021-0299 was released last May 31, 2021,
entitled “Advisory on the release of Additional MOOE for the provision of new
normal set-up minimum health requirement”.

Following DepEd Memorandum No. 39s.2020 dated March 12, 2020, entitled
Authorizing the Use of Regular Allocations for Maintenance and other Operating
Expenses and/or Local Funds to Implement Measures in Preparing and Responding to
the COVID-19 Threats, Bagumbayan Elementary School proposes the procurement
of COVID-19 supplies and PPEs to comply with the standard on health and safety
protocols especially this coming S.Y. 2021-2022 using the additional budget
mentioned.
