II. RATIONALE

Valentine’s Day offers every individual the opportunity to express special


feelings for his or her special someone. It is also an opportunity for everyone to
express their appreciation, gratitude, and thankfulness for acts of kindness or favor
received from others. To make this historic day even more meaningful, the Supreme
Students Government will host a day of activities to mark the occasion with the
participation of School Clubs.

The SSG intends to hold a Booth Fair and will work with the Club Advisers
and Club Officers to highlight their talents and creativity in the planning and
preparation of their Booths. The activity will include a variety of fun and engaging
activities such as singing, film showing, dress code competition, and a wide selection
of booths with a hint of feeling the essence of Love Month.

This endeavor is in accordance with the DO 49, s. 2011 otherwise known as


the Mandated Programs, Projects and Activities of the Supreme Students
Government (mentioned in No.2( i.) lead students in organizing activities and in
Article VII Powers, Duties and Responsibilities of the SSG Section 2. (11) to act as
coordinating council of all co-curricular organization.
We believe that this Valentine’s Day activity will bring the school community
together and create a memorable experience for everyone involved. With the support
of the school administration, we are confident that this project will be a success and
make a positive impact on the school community.

III. OBJECTIVES
The activity aims to realize the following:

a. To promote a positive and inclusive school culture that celebrates


love and friendship.
b. To provide a fun memorable experience for all participants.
c. To encourage social interaction and positive relatioships
