Life Is,

Life had been too easy for this young one,

Naive of the consequences of his own action.
He thought that nothing could ever be undone,
Yet he set out on an expedition.

This young one battled adversity,

Dumbfounded by the world's monstrosity.
He observed those with whom he had a connection,
But would his gamble lead to fruition?

Along the way, this young one realized,

That relationships are complex and entangled.
To restore his innocence now would be foolish,
For he must confront the challenges Life has angled.
