6. PROTOCOL / PROTOKOL
A. RING SETTING
For effective control of the spread of COVID-19, the
Star Energy Geothermal Operations area is divided
into 3 rings:
1. Ring-3, which is an area for contractor workers
and not in close contact with SEG Ring 2 and 1
employees.
2. Ring-2, the operating area which is filled by
SEG employees and contractor workers.
3. Ring-1, the operating area which is only filled by
SEG employee operators.
B. GENERAL CONTROL TO ENTER THE
OPERATING AREA.
1. All personnel are in good health.
2. Have received the booster COVID-19
vaccination.
3. Fill out the COVID-19 screening form at least 1
day before entering.
4. Checking body temperature at the Asset
entrance gate. Body temperature above 37.5
degrees is not allowed in and must return to
home and health facilities for treatment.
5. Always use a medical mask.
C. CONTROL OF RING-3 AREA
1. The conditions for entering the Ring-3 area are:
a. Meet the requirements for general control of

b. Registered as a worker in the activity.

A. PENGATURAN RING
Untuk pencegahan penyebaran COVID-19 yang
efektif, area Operasi Star Energy Geothermal dibagi
menjadi 3 ring:
1. Ring-3, yaitu area pekerja kontraktor dan tidak
kontak erat dengan pegawai SEG Ring 2 dan 1.
2. Ring-2, yaitu area operasi di mana diisi oleh
pegawai SEG dan pekerja kontraktor.
3. Ring-1, yaitu area operasi yang hanya diisi oleh
operator pegawai SEG.
B. PENGENDALIAN UMUM MEMASUKI AREA
OPERASI
1. Semua personil dalam kondisi sehat.
2. Telah mendapatkan vaksinasi booster COVID-
19.
3. Mengisi formulir screening COVID-19 paling
lambat 1 hari sebelum masuk.
4. Melakukan pemeriksaan suhu tubuh di gerbang
masuk Asset. Suhu tubuh di atas 37,5 derajat
tidak diizinkan masuk dan harus kembali ke
rumah dan/atau fasilitas kesehatan untuk
mendapatkan pengobatan.
5. Selalu menggunakan masker medis.
C. PENGENDALIAN AREA RING-3
1. Syarat memasuki area Ring-3 adalah:
a. Memenuhi persyaratan pengendalian
umum COVID-19 di atas (Bab B).
b. Terdaftar sebagai pekerja di aktivitas
tersebut.
2. Setiap Asset dapat menentukan lokasi area
Ring-3, namun umumnya meliputi: area/aktifitas

3. Work areas related to contractor employees
whose positive COVID-19 test results are
immediately carried out a thorough disinfection

D. CONTROL OF RING-2 AREA
1. The requirement for entering the Ring-2 area
are:
a. Meet the requirements for general control of
COVID-19 above (Chapter B).
b. Registered as a worker in the activity.
c. Perform a Rapid Antigen Test as follow :
- Valid RTA according to DHM if using
private vehicle.
- H-1 prior to arrival or on the day of
departure if using company vehicle.
2. Each Asset can determine the location of the
Ring-2 area, but generally includes: areas/field
activities where there is interaction between
contractor workers and SEG employees.
3. Work areas related to contractor employees
whose positive COVID-19 test results are
immediately carried out a thorough disinfection
process, including fogging, if needed.
E. CONTROL OF RING-1 AREA
1. The conditions for entering the Ring-1 area are:
a. Meet the requirements for general control of
COVID-19 above (Chapter B).
b. Registered as a worker in the activity.
c. Get permission from the KTPB.
d. For Operators and guests, perform a PCR
test no later than H-1 before arrival.
e. The support officer in Ring-1 from the
contractor (permanent cleaning service)

- RTA yang masih valid sesuai DHM
apabila menggunakan kendaraan pribadi.
- RTA H-1 atau hari keberangkatan apabila
menggunakan kendaraan perusahaan..
2. Setiap Asset dapat menentukan lokasi area
Ring-2, namun umumnya meliputi: area/aktifitas
lapangan yang ada interaksi antara pekerja
kontraktor dengan pegawai SEG.
3. Area kerja di mana terdapat pegawai dengan
tes COVID-19 positif segera dilakukan proses
disinfeksi secara menyeluruh, termasuk fogging
apabila diperlukan.
E. PENGENDALIAN AREA RING-1
1. Syarat memasuki area Ring-1 adalah:
a. Memenuhi persyaratan pengendalian umum
COVID-19 di atas (Bab B).
b. Terdaftar sebagai pekerja di aktivitas
tersebut.
c. Mendapatkan izin dari KTPB.
d. Untuk Operator dan tamu, melakukan tes
PCR paling lambat H-1 sebelum kedatangan.
e. Petugas pendukung di Ring-1 dari kontraktor
(cleaning service tetap) melakukan Rapid
Test Antigen H-1 atau H-2 sebelum

f. Wash hands with soap or hand sanitizer.

special footwear or clean shoes.

needed.

activities that are important related to electricity

fogging (jika diperlukan).
F. PENANGANAN PEGAWAI SEG YANG
BERGEJALA COVID-19 DI ASSET/FIELD.
1. Pegawai yang memiliki gejala ringan (pilek,
demam, batuk, sakit tenggorokan, hidung
tersumbat, hilangnya kemampuan perasa dan
pembau, mual, sakit kepala, lelah/letih) di
Asset/Field, akan diperiksa oleh dokter dan
diberi pengobatan.
2. Pemeriksaan dengan tes COVID-19 akan
diberikan berdasarkan rekomendasi dokter.
3. Apabila dibutuhkan tes PCR akan dirujuk ke
fasilitas kesehatan sesuai protokol
TRANSPORTASI PERSONIL
TERKONFIRMASI COVID-19 (N-0) atau
didatangkan ke lokasi SEG.
4. Selama menunggu hasil tes PCR, pegawai
akan diisolasi di fasilitas yang ada di lapangan
atau di tempat isolasi yang akan ditentukan
kemudian.
5. Jika hasil tes PCR:
a. NEGATIF yang bersangkutan akan
dipulangkan untuk sick leave/istirahat.
b. POSITIF, mengikuti protokol penanganan
pegawai SEG terkonfirmasi positif.

1. Contractor workers who have mild symptoms

the worker will be given medical treatment and
sick leave by the Contractor Management.
2. If during sick leave the symptoms do not show

Management is obliged to follow up with the
existing COVID-19 protocols:
a. Protocol for handling contractor

1. SEG employee with a POSITIVE COVID-19

do self-isolation for 10 days. During the

H. PENANGANAN PEGAWAI SEG YANG
TERINFEKSI COVID-19
1. Pegawai SEG dengan tes COVID-19 POSITIF:
a. Telah RT Antigen: Dilakukan tes PCR
b. Telah tes PCR: Langsung melakukan
isolasi Mandiri
c. POSITIF (N-0), maka:
i. Kondisi tanpa gejala atau gejala ringan,
melakukan isolasi mandiri selama 10
hari. Selama isolasi mandiri melaporkan
perkembangan kesehatannya pada
dokter perusahaan.
ii. Kondisi gejala sedang atau berat dirujuk
ke rumah sakit, untuk pemeriksaan dan
perawatan lebih lanjut dan/atau isolasi di
rumah sakit, atas rujukan dokter
perusahaan.
2. Selama menunggu hasil tes PCR, pegawai SEG
tersebut melakukan karantina.
3. Tes COVID-19 dapat dilakukan oleh dokter
perusahaan, rumah sakit rujukan perusahaan,
atau pemeriksaan mandiri di luar perusahaan.

4. Medical SEG carried out contact tracing 2 days
ago on Employee N-0 to get close contact with
N-1. N-1 is required to self-quarantine while

the N-1 PCR is performed H+3 after contact.
b. If the results of the PCR N-0 test is
NEGATIVE, then N-1 can return to work.
5. Medical will carry out contact tracing for the past
2 days on N-1 to get close contact N-2. N-2 is
obliged to carry out self-quarantine while waiting
for the results of the N-1 PCR test.
a. If the results of the PCR N-1 test are
POSITIVE, then the N-2 conducts PCR,
b. If the results of the PCR N-1 test is
NEGATIVE, then the N-1 and N-2 can
return to work.
6. To replace a team that is quarantined, a
replacement team will be assigned.
7. Employees N-0, close contacts N-1 and N-2

M. DISINFEKSI TEMPAT KERJA DI ASSET/
FIELD
1. Standar disinfeksi area tempat kerja dilakukan
pembersihan secara rutin mencakup handle
pintu, telpon, permukaan meja kerja, keyboard,
dsb.
2. Disinfeksi khusus akan dilakukan jika
ditemukan kasus hasil Rapid Test atau tes PCR
positif (N-0) di area kerja, sebagai berikut (jika
diperlukan):
a. Seluruh area kerja (di mana N-0 pernah
berada) segera dilakukan evakuasi oleh
ORT.
b. Area kerja (di mana N-0 pernah berada)
segera dilakukan proses disinfeksi secara
lebih lengkap dan menyeluruh, termasuk
fogging.
3. Area kerja dapat digunakan kembali setelah
ada pemberitahuan dari ORT.
N. PENYAMPAIAN HASIL TES PCR KEPADA
PEGAWAI SEG
1. Selama menunggu hasil tes PCR, pegawai
SEG melakukan karantina.
2. Pegawai SEG akan menerima hasil tes PCR
dari Medical/penyelenggara tes.
3. Team Medical Asset menginformasikan hasil
tes PCR kepada HOD/KTPB.
4. Persiapan bagi Pegawai SEG yang
terkonfirmasi positif (N-0):
a. Team Medical Asset akan memberikan
konseling kepada pegawai SEG terkait
hasil PCR positif.
b. Pegawai N-0 dipindah ke tempat isolasi
dan memastikan pegawai SEG
menggunakan masker bedah dan
masker N-95.

O. WORK PROTOCOL FOR EMPLOYEES IN
IMPACTED AREA
1. Ensure that employees use Personal
Protective Equipment: coverall hazmat suits,
surgical masks and N-95 masks, safety
goggles, shoes cover while in the affected
area until the room is finished disinfection.
2. Ensure that the Field Medical Team has
complete personal protective equipment,
namely hazmat coveralls, surgical masks, N-
95 masks, safety goggles, gloves and face
shields.
P. TRANSPORTATION OF PERSONNEL
CONFIRMED COVID-19 (N-0)
1. Transport of N-0 personnel without symptoms
and mild symptoms:
a. Vehicle requirements:
i. There are a minimum of 2 layers of
partition between the driver and the
second passenger row.
ii. Ensure there is a separation of air
circulation between the driver's room
and the passenger.
iii. Arrangement of fresh air circulation in
vehicles with open ventilation and / or
opening windows periodically.
iv. The maximum number of N-0
personnel in a vehicle will be
determined by the medical team.
b. Driver's obligations:
i. Drivers must always wear a double
mask (surgical mask on the outside,
N95 mask on the inside, rubber/nitrile
handgloves, gown).
ii. The driver is outside the vehicle when
it stops to rest.
iii. Do not make physical contact and
maintain distance during travel and
when outside the vehicle.
iv. The driver does not touch the
belongings of N-0 personnel.

O. PROTOKOL KERJA UNTUK PEGAWAI DI
AREA TERDAMPAK
1. Memastikan pegawai menggunakan Alat
Pelindung Diri: baju hazmat coverall, surgical
mask dan masker N-95, safety goggles, shoes
cover selama berada di area terdampak sampai
ruangan selesai didisinfeksi.
2. Memastikan Tim Medis Lapangan memiliki alat
pelindung diri lengkap yaitu baju hazmat
coverall, surgical mask, masker N-95, safety
goggles, gloves dan face shield.
P. TRANSPORTASI PERSONIL
TERKONFIRMASI COVID-19 (N-0)
1. Transportasi personil N-0 tanpa gejala dan
gejala ringan:
a. Persyaratan kendaraan:
i. Terdapat minimum 2 lapis sekat antara
driver dan dan baris penumpang kedua.
ii. Memastikan terdapat pemisahan
sirkulasi udara antara ruang pengemudi
dengan penumpang.
iii. Pengaturan sirkulasi udara segar dalam
kendaraan dengan ventilasi terbuka
dan atau membuka jendela secara
berkala.
iv. Jumlah maksimal personil N-0 dalam
kendaraan akan ditentukan oleh
medical team.
b. Kewajiban pengemudi:
i. Pengemudi harus selalu menggunakan
double masker (surgical mask di luar,
masker N95 di dalam, sarung tangan
karet/nitrile, gown).
ii. Pengemudi berada di luar kendaraan
ketika berhenti untuk beristirahat.
iii. Tidak melakukan kontak fisik dan
menjaga jarak selama perjalanan dan
ketika di luar kendaraan.
iv. Pengemudi tidak menyentuh barang-
barang milik personil N-0.

v. The driver helps to buy food and drink
needs for N-0 personnel without direct
contact.
c. Obligations of N-0 Personnel:
i. N-0 personnel must always wear
double masks (surgical masks on the

ii. N-0 personnel must always be in the
vehicle including when eating except
for urgent needs.
iii. Do not make physical contact and
maintain distance during travel and
when outside the vehicle.
iv. N-0 personnel handle their own
belongings.
2. For transportation of N-0 personnel with
moderate and severe symptoms, use an
ambulance accompanied by a medical team.
Q. INTERNAL REPORTING OF COVID-19 CASE
1. Results of the Rapid Test or PCR Test
(including dependent):
a. The test results are informed by the
medical/test provider to the
employee/dependent.
b. Medical Asset reports to KTPB,
Employees report to the related HOD.
c. Medical reports to the COVID-19 Task
Force for further reporting to EMT SEG.
d. For self-examination, Employees report
the results of the examination to their
respective KTPB / HOD and Field Medical,
with sufficient evidence.
e. For contractors, if there is a case, they will
report the results of the inspection to the
Business Partner Management. The
Business Partner Management will report
to the Contract Owner after receiving the
results. The Contract Owner will then
report to Field Medical and KTPB / HOD.
2. The EMT will report the case to the Group
CEO.
3. All reporting steps above must be carried out
by maintaining the confidentiality of medical
information.

Q. PELAPORAN INTERNAL KASUS COVID-19
1. Hasil Pemeriksaan Rapid Test atau PCR Test
(termasuk dependent):
a. Hasil tes diinformasikan oleh Medical/
Provider tes kepada karyawan/dependent.
b. Medical Asset melaporkan kepada KTPB,
Karyawan melaporkan kepada HOD terkait.
c. Medical melaporkan kepada Gugus Tugas
COVID-19 untuk selanjutnya dilaporkan
kepada EMT SEG.
d. Untuk pemeriksaan mandiri, Pegawai
melaporkan hasil pemeriksaan kepada
KTPB, HOD dan Medical Asset dengan
bukti yang cukup.
e. Untuk kontraktor, jika ada kasus akan
melaporkan hasil pemeriksaan ke
Manajemen Mitra Kerja. Manajemen Mitra
Kerja akan melaporkan kepada Contract
Owner setelah menerima hasil. Contract
Owner selanjutnya akan melapor kepada
Field Medical dan KTPB/HOD.
2. EMT akan melaporkan kasus tersebut kepada
Group CEO.
3. Seluruh langkah pelaporan di atas dijalankan
dengan menjaga kerahasiaan informasi medis

CASE
1. For confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Asset:
a. In the area of Operations:
- Medical Asset and PGPA reported to
the local sub-district COVID-19 Health
Center/Task Force after consulting
with KTPB and Medical Jakarta.
b. Outside the Operating area:
- Personnel will report the results of the
PCR test conducted by the company
or on an independent examination to
the local public health center in
accordance with applicable
regulations.
S. PROTOCOL OF WORKING IN THE FIELD IN
CLOSED DISTANCE TO OPERATORS,
TECHNICIANS AND FIELD WORKERS
1. This protocol is a guide for operators,
technicians and field workers who due to the
nature of their work must be <1.5 m close
together, such as: Operators, Mechanical,
Electrical Technicians, Scaffolders, excavation
workers and others.
2. Handling the hazards of COVID-19 is carried
out by applying a hierarchy of controls:

dan Medical Jakarta.
b. Di luar area Operasi:
- Personil melaporkan hasil tes PCR
yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan atau
atas pemeriksaan mandiri kepada
Puskesmas setempat sesuai peraturan
yang berlaku.
S. PROTOKOL BEKERJA DI LAPANGAN
DALAM JARAK BERDEKATAN UNTUK
OPERATOR, TEKNISI DAN PEKERJA
LAPANGAN
1. Protokol ini adalah panduan untuk operator,
teknisi dan pekerja lapangan yang karena sifat
pekerjaannya harus berdekatan < 1,5 m,
seperti: Operator, Mekanik, Teknisi, Scaffolder,
pekerja penggalian dan lainnya.
2. Penanganan bahaya COVID-19 dilakukan
dengan menerapkan hirarki pengendalian,
yaitu:
a. Melakukan eliminasi pekerjaan, atau
b. Melakukan substitusi pekerjaan dengan
bantuan alat/mesin.
c. Apabila pekerjaan tidak dapat di
eliminasi dan substitusi, pengendalian
dillakukan dengan memadukan
pengendalian engineering, administratif
dan penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri
(APD), yaitu:
i. Pengendalian Engineering
 Disarankan memasang blower
untuk menyedot/memperbaiki
ventilasi udara untuk pekerjaan
di dalam ruangan dengan lama >
60 menit, dengan keluaran
blower diarahkan ke udara
terbuka.

 Comply with protocols for working
in the field (including entry into the

 Minimizes working in large groups,
two at most.
 Work that interacts with contractor
field workers is handed over to the
contractor field workers with PPE
owned by the contractor with the
aim of eliminating close contact.
 Contractor field workers strictly
enforce 3M health protocols
(wearing masks, maintaining
distance, washing hands with soap
/ hand sanitizer) strictly.
 For work in the room, as much as

 After work, all equipment and PPE
are cleaned with a disinfectant.
 Full mask disinfection before and
after use.

menjauhi kerumunan) secara ketat.
 Untuk pekerjaan di dalam ruangan,
diupayakan dilakukan oleh pegawai
atau kontraktor saja (tidak
bersamaan).
 Setelah bekerja, semua peralatan dan
APD dibersihkan dengan disinfektan.
 Desinfeksi full mask sebelum dan
setelah digunakan.
 Setelah selesai pekerjaan, personil
mencuci tangan dengan air dan
sabun, disarankan mandi.
iii. Alat Pelindung Diri (APD)
 Menggunakan full face mask dengan
cartridge untuk filter virus (misalnya
filter tipe 3M 7093 P100), atau alat
pelindung diri sejenis berdasarkan
JSA/HIRA bagi yang bekerja
