GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
This development plan aims to solve the lack of transportation problem in Bohol Island,
Philippines in order to increase the number of tourists that visit the island, and to provide a
greater community for the land, locals, and tourists.
TARGET
The main target of the development plan is to build at least 5 bus terminals and 15 terminals for
jeepneys, public vans, tricycles, and multi-cabs after 5 years. It is a long-term goal since the
locations must be studied and well-chosen to avoid problems and issues. Since building terminals
are not easy and must be well planned, it is required to wait a long period of time for the
development plan to be successful.

Open more public transportations terminals around the Island.
PROGRAMS/PROJECTS/ACTIVITIES:
1. Find the specific location for the possible terminals to build. Areas must be close to
infamous and famous tourist spots, airports, and land ports.
2. Propose plan to tourism department.
3. Apply for license and permits.
4. Invite public vehicles.

RESPONSIBILITY:
The Department of Transportation Philippines is in charge of providing terminals for public
transportation vehicles.
SUCCESS INDICATOR:
More terminals invite more transportation, and more transportation invites more passengers.
COLLECTION METHOD:
The data is gathered for a variety of methods, the most fundamental of which is collecting
transportation data such as shortage of public transportation vehicles, the number of passengers,
the availability of business transportation, etc. Aside from these data sets, other references were
made to individuals assigned to transportation management's personal reports.
FREQUENCY:
The monitoring and evaluation will be conducted quarterly in order to prepare and review the
reports to be made by those assigned to transportation management.
RESPONSIBILITY:
The Department of Transportation Philippines is in charge of providing terminals for public
transportation vehicles.
