Activities
Pre Lesson/Set Induksi:
Review the topic ; Where are you from ?. You could play a vocabulary game based on last lesson.
Lesson Delivery:
2. Begin the main lesson with Warm-up activity: follow instructions in Teacher’s Book (page 26).
3. Using the pictures that pupils brought to this lesson, follow the instructions for Optional activity in the Teacher’s Book (page 27).
4. Follow the instructions for Writing Tip in the Teacher’s Book (page 26).
5. Have pupils write their own email, based on the pictures they brought. If possible, have pupils use computers for this activity and/or
send their email to a classmate. Otherwise, you could create a worksheet that looks like an email.
6. If possible, have pupils send/give their emails to a friend.
7. Pupils respond informally (orally or in writing) to the email they received.
Post- Lesson :
Play the game on SB page 10 in pairs .

Pre-lesson
1. Choose an appropriate pre-lesson activity from the list in the introduction that suits your pupils’ needs and interests and that will
prepare the pupils for the lesson. ( TB page 30 – warm up )
Lesson delivery
Activitiy 1 – Class CD 1 – Track 17
2. Direct Ps attention to teh three pictures and ask some Ps to describe each one.
3. Explain to Ps that they will listen to a woman talking about her son to her friend on the CD and they have to tick the sport that her
son does.
4. Play the CD twice .
5. Have Ps compare their answers in pairs first ,then check answers as a class .
Activity 2
6. Dvide Ps into pairs.
7. Make sure that Ps understand that they will take turns choosing a person from the table without revealing it to their partner while
the other P tries to guess who the person is by asking questions given .
Activity 3
8. Ps look at the questions and answer about themselves in the space provided . Explain that the questions have to do with their
everyday activities.
9. Have Ps compare their answers in pairs first . Then , check answers as a class .
Post-lesson
10. Ps do the acitivity in their Activity Book .

Pre-lesson
1. Show the Ps some of the flashcards that they learnt before .
2. Ask them to read and guess the flashcards.
Lesson delivery
3. Tell pupils that the theme for today’s lesson is ‘Magic’.
4. In groups, pupils discuss and decide what other sounds they can hear from the objects in the poem (seashell, eggshell, hollow
coconut, teacup).
5. Pupils then rewrite any one stanza of the poem, with the new sound that they hear.
Post-lesson
5.As revision , ask Ps to recite the poem as a whole class .
