MAIN OBJECTIVE

In this study, the researcher aimed to propose a Learning Hub

that will nurture the students as well as integrate the library with a
learning center that will be driven by modern technologies.

A. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

1. To determine the present condition affecting the site location of the proposed

learning hub in terms of the following:

a. Surrounding Context

b. Traffic and Parking Conditions

c. Building Conditions and Typology

d. Cultural Characters

2. To evaluate the users of the library or learning center with the current

management structure functions and with the different services or attributes

provided in terms of technology.

3. To integrate the architectural-inspired concept of Sustainable Architecture

specifically the Eco-technic approach in terms of the following building

aspects:

a. Physical activity

b. Sociability

c. Healthy environment
