VELASQUEZ, Filipino Citizen, married to EGARDO T. VELASQUEZ, a
resident 11 Lime St., SSS Village, Concepcion 2, Marikina City, NCR;
MARILYN A. QUIMAN, Filipino Citizen, married to EDUARDO C. QUIMAN, a
resident of Ph 10-A Pkg 4, Blk 59 Lot 32, Bagong Silang, Brgy. 176,
Caloocan City, NCR; PILAR A. INTIOLA, Filipino Citizen, married to RUEL I.
INTIOLA, resident of Blk 2 Lot 4, Camel Village, Majada Out, Calamba,
Laguna; and KAREN A. LABAYNE, Filipino Citizen, married to JOSE
JONATHAN L. LABAYNE, resident of #19B Mariano St., Sta. Ana, San
Mateo, Rizal, do hereby appoint, name, and constitute our sibling NIMFA
ADANA NOBLEZA, Filipino Citizen, widow, a resident Zone 3, Brgy. Tagas,
Tabaco City, Albay, to be our true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact for our
name, place and stead to do and perform the following acts, to wit:

1. To be the custodian of records of our late parents TERESITA V.

BARRAMEDA and FRANCISCO J. ADANA, who both died intestate
last January 13, 2015 and February 10, 1994 respectively;

2. To be our legal representative to execute an EXTRA-JUDICIAL

SETTLEMENT or other legal documents may deem necessary, with
respect to our late mother’s share as one of the heirs of the
undivided property located in Brgy. Namanday, Cagraray Island,
Bacacay, Albay which is currently registered under the name of our
late grandfather EULALIO FERNANDEZ BARRAMEDA with OCT
No. VH-16725 (Free-Patent No. 513151), who also died intestate
dated April 2, 1972;

3. To execute and sign all relevant documents related to the above;

and

4. All other acts that may be deemed necessary to accomplish the

above-stated purpose

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full

power and authority to do and perform each and every act which may be
necessary or convenient, in connection with any of the foregoing as fully to
the intents and purposes as we might or could do, if personally present and

acting in person. HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that our said
Attorney-In-Fact may also do or cause to be done by virtue hereof with full
power, authority and effect as if personally done by us.
