SUBJECT : Incident Report

On August 16, 2022 the PNP Chief of Taguig, PCol. Robert R. Baesa notified me about an incident that

transpired that day between a PNP General of NCRPO and Mr. Eduardo Culala, the Regional Security

Manager of Venice Grand Canal Mall. According to him, the PNP General cordially asked Mr. Culala that

he will park his car momentarily to run some errands at the Venice Grand Canal Mall. However, a heated

argument occurred between the two gentlemen which resulted in a predicament. The PNP General is now

instructing PCol. Baesa to pull out the PNP personnel from Venice Grand Canal Mall, unless Mr. Culala is

sanctioned with compelling disciplinary action.
