Concierge : "Good evening, welcome to Pelita Tiga Hotel, may I bring your

luggages, sir/madam?"
Guest        : "Yes, please" (pada saat ini seorang concierge
memasang luggage tag)
Concierge : "Follow me, I will escort you to room number 204"
Guest        : "Thank you"

Concierge : "How about your trip, sir/madam?"


Guest        : "That's good, I wanna see another place in here"
Concierge : "I suggest you to visit Asia Afrika Street. It is not too far, just
take 30 minutes by car"
Guest        : "Yes, I think so. I'll go there tomorrow. Could you tell me the
facilities of your hotel?"
Concierge : "Of course, sir/madam. We have a swimming pool at back of
the hotel, bar and lounge that open until the midnight, spa and sauna,
fitness center, restaurant and coffeeshop. You can get a free wi-fi too.
Guest        : "Thanks for your information"
Concierge : "Yes, sir/madam"

Concierge : "May I explain your room facilities, sir/madam?"


Guest        : "Yes, Please"
Concierge : "There is a minibar in the dressing table, and you have a safety
deposit box inside of the wardrobe. Follow me to another room, the
television with more than 50 channels such as national and international
channel. And this is for control your Air Condition, turn left for minimum cool
and turn right for maximum cool. Now, we're going to the bathroom. If you
turn it left, that's for shower, and right for bath tub. You can control the
water too by combine the cold one with the hot one for make a warm
water. 

Concierge : "Anything else, sir/madam?"


Guest        : "No, thanks, that's enough"
Concierge : "Allright, sir/madam, if you have any problem, please don't
hesitate to call us on 0 for operator and 1 for reception. Have a nice stay,
sir/madam. Good evening."
Guest        : "Thank you, good evening."
