A: Thank you for calling Room Service Department, Good Morning. This is _______ speaking. How may I help you?

G: Hello, I would to order breakfast.

A: Would you tell me your room number and name your name please?

G: Okay, I’m ________ and my room number is ____.

A: Thank you ma’am/sir. What would you like to order ma’am/sir?

G: I would like to have a continental breakfast please.

A: Would you like to have coffee or tea ma’am?

G: No thanks. Do you have some fresh juice?

A: Yes we do ma’am/sir. We have orange juice, pineapple juice and mango juicema’am/sir.

G: I would like to have a mango juice please.

G: What kind of fresh fruit do you have?

tray?

G: just leave it in the tray please.

G: yes please.
