G: I will pay by credit card.
R: May I know what type of credit card do you have?
G: Its’s Visa.
R: For payment, we will take a guaranteed payment as much as 3 nights you stay here for the room per
night. So that is P1,350,000.
G: that’s okay.
R: May I borrow your card Ms. Mascariñas.
G: Here.
R: Thank you. Kindly enter your pin here.
R: Thank you Ms. Mascariñas. Here is your credit card and your credit card slip. Please check again your
deposit and kindly sign here.
G: Okay.
R: Alright Ms. Mascariñas. Your room number Royalty 1, the room rate is P450,000., per night net
included breakfast, your departure date is 16 th of October 2021, the checkout time is at 3pm, if you
check out more than 3 pm, we will charge you 50% of the room charge one night.
G: Yes, Thank you for the information.
R: This is your guest card. Please bring you guest card during your stay in our hotel.
G: Thank you.
R: This your breakfast coupon and the room key, if you need more of the information or something else,
please dial 0 from room telephone or you can come to the reception desk. Is there anything else,

R: Hi Ms. Mascariñas, did you enjoy your stay with us?

G: Yes, very much so. However, I now need to get to the airport. I have flight that would be leaving in 2
hours, do you provide shuttle service here?

R: Yes mam, we do have free airport shuttle service

G: That sounds great. How many minutes would it take me to reach the airport?

R: the next shuttle would leave in 15 minutes, and it takes approximately 25 mins to get to the airport.

G: Fantastic. I’ll just wait here. Will you please let me know when it will be leaving?

R: Of course, Mam. Oh, before you go would you be able to settle your extra room service bill?

R: Your bill comes to P1,352,000. How would you like to pay for that?
