ordered 1 longsilog, 1 coffee, brewed with brown sugar and also you ordered orange juice. Did I bring
your order correctly maam/sir?

Guest: Yes

FA: Where do you want me to put your order maam/sir? Beside your bed or set up a table for you?

Guest: set up a table for me please.

FA: Sure maam/sir, (after setting up a table ask the guest) btw maam/sir would you like me to open the
curtain for you to see the beautiful view outside? Would you like me to adjust the temperature of your
aircon? Would you like me to turn on the television?

Guest: No thanks.

FA: Btw maam, we do have here a magazine for you to read while having your breakfast.

For bill in cash

FA: By the way maam/sir here is your bill with the total amount of ______ and since you pay it in cash
can I have your cash maam/sir?

FA: Okay maam/sir I received the exact amount of _____ and here is your official receipt.

For room charge

FA: Kindly sign this acknowledgement form so that it will be charge to your account.

FA: Btw maam/sir, what time would you like me to get the soiled plates? After an hour? Leave it outside
your door or just call the room service?
