RSOT: What do you like for breakfast ma'am? We have Continental, Filipino and American breakfast.

Guest: What about your Filipino breakfast? May I know it please?

RSOT: Wait a minute ma'am, for our Filipino breakfast, we have Beef tapa served with two fresh farm
eggs, steamed garlic rice and pickled papaya and your choice freshly brewed coffee or fresh milk and
glass of orange, pineapple or mango juice.

Guest: Okay, I'll take it and with a glass of mango juice.

RSOT: Noted ma’am. Is there anything else you would like to add ma'am?

Guest: I guess that’s all!!

RSOT: May I repeat your order ma’am, you have Filipino breakfast, Beef tapa served with two fresh
farm eggs, steamed garlic rice and pickled papaya, and a glass of mango juice.

Guest: Yes that’s correct!

RSOT: For your payment ma’am would you like it to be charged or thru cash?

Guest: I’ll pay it with cash, by the way how much is my bill?

RSOT: Your bill is 250 pesos ma’am; your bill will be sent together with your breakfast.

Guest: Okay. Great.

waiter)

GUEST: The meal is delicious and also the service is alright.

RSW: By the way ma’am we have a promo this coming Christmas we will have a free box of cookies if
you order Continental breakfast, would you like to avail?
