Receptionist: Good morning ma’am welcome to Cozy Hotel. How may I help you?
Guest: Hi, Good morning, I would like to get a room please.
Receptionist: Sure ma’am. Do you have a reservation before?
Guest: No, I don’t have.
Receptionist: Okay ma’am I’ll present to you our rooms we offer. We have a single
room, double room, and suite room ma’am.
Guest: So, what are the facilities of the double room?
Receptionist: Our Double room has a small balcony, mini bar, wardrobe, television, a
free Wi-Fi connection, air conditioner and a safety deposit box.
Guest: Okay, I would like to take that double room please.
Front desk staff: For how long you will be staying ma’am?
Guest: For three days.
Receptionist: How many people will be staying in the room ma’am?
Guest: That is for two, for me and my sister.
Receptionist: Do you have any special request during your stay here ma’am?
Guest: Well, in that case, I would like our room to have a garden view.
Receptionist: Okay ma’am, please wait for a moment I will just check the availability
of our room system ma’am.
Receptionist: Thank you for waiting ma’am , I’m glad to inform you that we do have
an available room with a garden view for you.
Guest: Great! Thank you.
Receptionist: Okay ma’am, the room is worth of 3,000 pesos per night, since you will
be staying for 2 nights’ ma’am that would be a total of 6,000 pesos.
Receptionist: Would you like to take this room ma’am?
Guest: Yes, I’ll take it.
Receptionist: Okay ma’am please fill up the registration form. Here is the pen ma’am.
Also can I have your identification card ma’am?
Guest: Sure, here’s my ID
Receptionist: Thank you, please wait for a moment ma’am.
