Receptionist: Good morning ma’am welcome to Cozy Hotel. How may I help you?
Guest: Hi, Good morning, I would like to get a room please.
Receptionist: Sure ma’am. Do you have a reservation before?
Guest: No, I don’t have.
Receptionist: Okay ma’am I’ll present to you our rooms we offer. We have a single
room, double room, and suite room ma’am.
Guest: So, what are the facilities of the double room?
Receptionist: Our Double room has a small balcony, mini bar, wardrobe, television, a
free Wi-Fi connection, air conditioner and a safety deposit box.
Guest: Okay, I would like to take that double room please.
Front desk staff: For how long you will be staying ma’am?
Guest: For three days.
Receptionist: How many people will be staying in the room ma’am?
Guest: That is for two, for me and my sister.
Receptionist: Do you have any special request during your stay here ma’am?
Guest: Well, in that case, I would like our room to have a garden view.
Receptionist: Okay ma’am, please wait for a moment I will just check the availability
of our room system ma’am.

(CHECKING THE SYSTEM)

Receptionist: Thank you for waiting ma’am , I’m glad to inform you that we do have
an available room with a garden view for you.
Guest: Great! Thank you.
Receptionist: Okay ma’am, the room is worth of 3,000 pesos per night, since you will
be staying for 2 nights’ ma’am that would be a total of 6,000 pesos.
Receptionist: Would you like to take this room ma’am?
Guest: Yes, I’ll take it.
Receptionist: Okay ma’am please fill up the registration form. Here is the pen ma’am.
Also can I have your identification card ma’am?
Guest: Sure, here’s my ID
Receptionist: Thank you, please wait for a moment ma’am.

Guest: Okay, thank you.
Receptionist: Ma’am, Are you done filling up the registration form?

Receptionist: Alright Ms. Olsen Let me check the form for a moment please.

(Checking the form)

Receptionist: Okay ma’am please sign here.


Receptionist: Thank you very much, May I know what mode of payment do you
prefer? Is it by cash or via credit card?
Guest: I will pay it by cash.
Receptionist: Okay ma’am. For the deposit, you will be paying for the first night which
costs 3,000 pesos.
Guest: Okay here’s the payment
Receptionist: Thank you ma’am, Here is your key card, your room number is 501 at
the sixth floor of the hotel, you may take the elevator to your left. Our bellmen will
assist you to your room.
Guest: Okay. Thank you.
Receptionist: You’re welcome ma’am, If there is anything else we can assist you with,
please don’t hesitate to call the Front Desk, Just dial 9 to talk the receptionist. By the
way, my name is Chris, I’m very glad to be of service. Thank you for choosing Cozy
hotel and enjoy your stay with us. Have a good day.

CHECK – OUT SCRIPT

Receptionist: Good afternoon, Ma’am. How may I assist you?


Guest: Good afternoon, I would like to check out.
Receptionist: All right ma’am. May I know your room number, please?
Guest: My room number is 501
Receptionist: Your name is Ms. Elizabeth Olsen and you have stayed with us from
JChrisHaberle

10th of November, is that correct ma’am?


Guest: Yes, that's right.
Receptionist: Could you please wait for a moment Ms. Olsen Our housekeeping staff
is still checking your room.
Guest: How long will it take?
Receptionist: Don’t worry ma’am It won't take too long. Just a few minutes.
Guest: Okay.
Receptionist: By the way, Ms. Olsen, how was your stay in our hotel?
Guest: It's nice. I love this hotel. The services are perfect.
Receptionist: Have you tried all of our facilities?
Guest: Not all, I have only used the pool.
Receptionist: Wow, that's great! ma’am Your room was already checked and you are
okay for the check out. ma’am, have you used any of our room services?
Guest: Oh yes, I requested for 2 bottled water and 1 box of chocolate.
Receptionist: Okay, I will just add it up to your bill... Ma’am, here is your bill... for 2
nights stay 3,000, charge for the laundry is 200 pesos, for 2 bottles of water 100 pesos
and the box of chocolate is 400... Total is 3,700.
Guest: Oh okay.
Receptionist: Well Ms. Olsen, may I know your about the payment?
Guest: I will pay in cash.
Receptionist: I have received the exact amount. Thank you ma’am! And May I ask for
the key card also, Ma’am?
Guest: Here
Receptionist: Thank you ma’am. Would you like to have a taxi to pick up?
Guest: Oh, yes please.
Receptionist: Ms. Olsen your taxi is on the way. Thank you for staying at Cozy Hotel.
