Guest: Hi, good morning. I would like to make a reservation for 2 people in the first
week of August. Do you have any vacancies?

Receptionist: Alright Ma’am. Please wait for a moment. And I will check the

Thank you for waiting. There are still rooms available in that particular week. Can I
ask what is the exact date of your rival?

Guest: I will be arriving at August 17, 2023 at 2:30 pm.

Receptionist: How long will you be staying ma’am?

Guest: I’ll be staying for two nights.

Receptionist: Alright, what kind of room would you like to stay in ma'am?

Guest: Well, I want a king size bed and a beautiful beach view.

Receptionist: On your requested date, Ma'am, we have a deluxe room with a beach

Guest: Okay, I'd like to book that room for two nights. What is the room rate
going to be?

Receptionist: Sure thing, ma'am. Your room rate is PHP 15,000 per night, for a total
of PHP 30,000 for two nights. Would you like to gurantee your reservation maam?

Guest: yes sure!

Receptionist: The reservation fee for guaranteed reservation is 50% of the total bill.
The total cost of your two-night stay is PHP 30,000, less 50%, which equals to PHP
15,000 for the reservation. Could you please tell me the name under which the

discuss our cancellation policies. If you cancel a week before the check-in date, you
will get 100% of the reservation fee. If it is 3 days before the reservation date, you
will just get 50% of the reservation fee. But if you don’t show up after 24 hours of the
check-in date, the reservation will be void and the deposit will be reimbursed by the
