cost of ₱5,000 per night, and our deluxe room it cost of ₱3,000 per night, and lastly our standard room it
cost of 2,500 per night. so what will your preferred sir?

Guest: I want a deluxe room

Receptionist: For how many guest sir?

Guest: For only two ( me and my wife)


Receptionist: Do you have any specific request like non or smoking room?

Guest: I want a smoking room

Receptionist: okay wait a moment sir, I would like to check the room available that you want on that
period.

Guest: sure no problem.

Receptionist: Thank you for waiting Sir, you're very lucky because our deluxe room is available on that
period. once again do you want to take this room?

Guest: Yes i want to take this room.

Receptionist: Okay thank you Mr.Andres, Regarding on your reservation, we have a hotel policy. In
confirmed payment you need to pay the 10% of your room rate and if you did not arrived on the said
date, reservation will be cancelled while in guaranteed payment you will pay the first night of your stay,
so your room will be hold. So, what will you prefer?

Guest: I will choose the guaranteed payment.

Receptionist: So how are you going to pay your bill sir?
