Guest : “ Yes that’s right.”
Receptionist : “May i see your id card please, we need to copy your id card.”
Guest : “Yes, this is my id card”
Receptionist : “Alright ms. Meri, could you please complete this registration card?”

Receptionist : “Thank you ms. Meri, May i know how do you will settle your payment?”
Guest : “I will pay by credit card.”
Receptionist : “Alright ms. Meri, in our hotel we receive AMEX, BANK AMER, and DC.”
Guest: “ I will pay by AMEX”
Receptionist : “According to our hotel regulation, any customer have to pay some deposit to
guarantee the room, for the deposit we need 1 night rate per night until your stay it’s Rp.
3000.000 is it fine for you?”
Guest : “Yes, that’s fine
Receptionist : “May i see your credit card please?
Guest : “Sure, here is my credit card”
Receptionist : “Thank you so much ms. Meri please wait for a moment right.”
Guest : “Alright.”
Receptionist : “Thank your for your wait ms. Meri, Please fill your pin over here”

Receptionist : “Thank you ms. Meri, This is your slip credit card and here are your credit
card, please check your deposit.
Guest : “Alright”
Receptionist : “Well ms. Meri, may i recomfirm your guest card please?”
Guest : “Yes, please.”
Receptionist : (menunjukkan guest card) “This guest card is under the name ms. Meri, your
room number is Jempiring 1, the room rate is Rp. 450.000,00 and you stay with us start from
now until……………..please keep this guest card.
And this is your room key, if you would like to go outside of the hotel please keep your room
key at the reception desk, because if you lose it we will charge you Rp. 100.000,00.
And this is your breakfast meal coupon if you would like to have some breakfast please come
to the Bogasari Restaurant it starts from 07.00 AM until 11.00 AM.
And the last information is our check-out time is at 12 at noon, if you wish to have a late
checkout we will charge you 50% of your room rate per night. Well is there anything else that
we can do for you ms. Meri?”
Guest : “No, thanks.”
Receptionist : “Alright ms. Meri. Are you ready to go to your room?”
Guest : “Yes, i’m ready.”
Receptionist : “Please wait for a moment i will call the bell boy for you.”

Bellboy: “Yes, I’m”
Receptionist : “Well ms. Meri, he is our bellboy and he will escort you to your room, Bellboy
please escort ms. Meri to room number Jempiring 1.”
Bellboy : “Alright ms. Meri may i see your guest card and your room key please.”
Guest: “this is my guest card and this is my room key.”
Receptionist : “Excuse me ms. Meri, Thank you for coming in our hotel, if you need any
further assistance don’t be hesitate to call us by your telephone in the room or come directly
to the reception desk, i hope you enjoy your stay and have a nice day.”
Guest : “Thank you for your best service.”
Receptionist : “With my pleasure ms. Meri.”
