FDC: Hello, good morning, welcome to Hotel de luna. How may I assist you?

Guest: Yes, good morning. I would like to stay in your Hotel.

FDC: Do you have a reservation before?

Guest: No, I don’t have.

FDC: All right, Mam, our Hotel has a Deluxe room, Superior Room, and Standard room.  Which one do
you like?

Guest: I’d like the superior room

FDC: May I know your name, please

Guest: My name is Tricia Sarte

FDC: For how many persons and for how long would stay in our Hotel, Ms. Sarte

Guest: Just for me, for a week.

FDC: Would you wait a moment, Mam. Let me check it for you

Guest: Sure, Go ahead.

FDC: The rate is 2,000 per day it including breakfast. With a total of 14,000 in a week.

Guest: Okay, I will take it.

FDC: What type of payment will you take?”

Guest: By cash

FDC: May I borrow your ID card, Ms. Sarte?”

Guest: Here you go

(Receptionists fill the registration card)

FDC: Ms. Sarte, our Hotel has a regulation that every guest has to pay deposit payment for 2 x room rate
net x nights. So you have to deposit at least 4,000 pesos

Guest: No worries, here you go.

(Receptionist prepare key card, guest card, meal coupon, welcome drink card)

FDC: Please sign here.

Guest: Okay
FDC: You can have breakfast in our European Restaurant from 7 a.m; until 10 a.m.

Well, thank you very much, Ms. Sarte. Have a pleasant stay at Hotel de Luna and If you have any
questions do not hesitate to call me by dial number 0. Would you like to go to your room now?”

Guest: I would love to

FDC: Our Bell staff will escort you to your room.

Ms. Sarte. this is our bellboy

BS: Good morning, Ms. Sarte; follow me, please.

Guest: Sure

BS: Ms. Sarte, this is your room. Number 303, wait a moment I’ll open the door.

Guest: Thank you.

BS: May I explain to you your room facilities?

Guest: Sure, go ahead.

BS: This is your television; it has 69 channels. If you want to know your bill, you choose channel 0. If you
want to know more about Hotel facilities you choose channel 1, the other channels are local and
international. And this is your wardrobe, you can keep all your clothes here. And this is your telephone;
if you want to make an international call just dial your destination number. Suppose you want to have
room service, dial 1. You can dial number 2 to call the front desk. And if you need housekeeping service,
dial 3. this is your AC, you can adjust the temperature as you wish by using this remote control. This is
your bathroom. You have cold and hot water. The red color is for hot water, and the blue is for cold
water.

 All right, Ms. Sarte, do you have any concerns?”

Guest: No, thank you.

BS: Ms., this is your key and guest card.

FDC: Yes, Mam, you will be charged 50% of the room price, 1,000 pesos, for late checkout.

Guest: Okay. Please charge to my credit card

FDC: Ms. Sarte. from room 303. Is that correct?

Guest: Yes, it is

FDC: All right, Ms. Sarte. We will charge to your card. Please sign here.

Guest: Sure.

FDC: And now your checkout status is clear, Mam.

Guest: Great, and so will I receive a receipt?

FDC: Yes, Mam, please wait for a while as we process your receipt.

Guest: Okay

Guest: Everything is excellent, I love the meal so much, and most of my time here was pleasant.
