For some countries, there are many people are fascinated by seeking the history of places which

they live in.

For above phenomenon, I think the reasons mainly have two points. The first point is the history
of local architectures’ style which most people want to learn about, different buildings’ styles
reflect various history cultures. For example, due to history development, the southern and
northern houses’ patterns are not the same in China, especially countryside, the southern rural
houses mostly are single small villas, while the northern countryside houses principally are flat
roofs with yards. The second point is the history civilization which majority of people want to
know about, equally, per place always has itself cultivation, when one person learns the living
area’s history, he or she also can attain the communities’ lifestyles. Such as, city and countryside
have different history cultures, for the houses with cultural distinction, the lifestyles are different,
in the urban, most houses are flats or apartments with stairs, massive population fit to fast-paced
life, however in the rural, vast space leads to big house and more comfortable lifeway.

There are some approaches which people can find out the history of living buildings. Respectively
with websites and local museums as well as community service centers and so on. The websites
include some media internet pages and video programs, for instance documentaries. Local
museums probably have some archive files about the area histories which are studied by people.

To sum up, I think it is necessary that people go to generate interests about studying the history
of houses which they live in. Because of I believe if one is more familiar with living place, the life
also is easier.
