This system is an effective integration of software and

hardwares equipped in entrance/exit including barrier
gate, ANPR camera etc. In addition to controlling the
entry and exit of vehicles, it can further control the
parking spaces. It can also calculate or limit the parking
time of each vehicle, and strengthen theft prevention.
This system enables vehicles to pass through the
entrances and exits to be more effectively identifeed and
managed.

Entrance/Exit Management System

Front-end sub-system

Responsible for vehicle data collection, analysis, processing, storage and upload. Responsible for vehicle access control. It is mainly
composed of LED screen, ANPR camera and barrier gate.

Software Introduction

Parking Billing System

ANPR camera performs license plate recognition and image

capture at entrance and exit. Use license number as the id of
vehicle, parking transaction is recorded and parking fee is
calculated accordingly. Also camera controls barrier-gate to
release white-listed vehicles and paid vehicles automatically. The
information such as parking time and parking fee are displayed in
the LED screen and broadcasted through voice system.
