I hereby consent to the University recording my presentation in audio-video format

on 11-12 May 2023

at ONLINE using Blackboard Collaborate Ultra and at UWE Frenchay Campus, Bristol.

For use for the 2nd International Land Management Conference.

I will notify everyone present that a recording is being made.

Intellectual Property
I confirm that where material is included in the recording which is the intellectual property
(including copyright) of another party, I have permission or a legal right to include the
materials in my lecture.

I agree that the University may use the recording or any part thereof, (including images of
myself), for the purposes of activities run via the LINK Initiative (Land – International
Network for Knowledge) and for UWE educational purposes.

I also irrevocably assign all property rights in my performance and/or the recordings of
presentations to the University.

I licence the University to use and sub-licence the content and words of the presentation
(once fixed by the recording) in which I own any copyright.

I waive all moral rights in my performance in the film and/or recordings to the University.

Data Protection
I understand that the UWE, Bristol (the data controller) will process my personal data as
described in the Audio-Video for Educational Recordings Policy.

I consent to the use of my personal data being processed for the purpose of this recording
and subsequent publishing. My personal data will be processed in accordance with the
General Data Protection Regulation, 2016, Data Protection Act, 2018 and UWE Bristol’s Data
Protection Policy. I understand that I have a number of rights in relation to my personal
data and can apply to exercise those rights (including withdrawing consent) by contacting
