Dear Parents/Guardian:

The College of Hospitality and Tourism Management has included EDUCATIONAL TOUR as part
of the program/ activity on major subjects. This will cover ocular visit on heritage sites, hotel
familiarization tour with seminar.

In connection with this, we would like to ask permission to allow your son/ daughter to join the said
educational tour with lecture/ seminar on June 14 - 18, 2023 amounting to thirteen thousand five-
hundred pesos (Php 13,500.00).

Please see attached itineraries and list of activities.

We assure you that we will do our best to safeguard the welfare of your son/daughter during the
course of the activity.
