Informal way
Informal way of planning is also adopted here because it is kept
as a key element for planning and betterment of company after all it is all about
the betterment of company. If the labors are involved in the planning so they will
also feel confident in their selves. It proves as a good-factors to keep the planning
informal so that the everything is so normal and basic. Labors is in confidence and
they are well geared up to do everything for the betterment of company. It
proves the brilliance of planning that they even get more out of labors than they
can actually do. It does not mean that every labor is allowed to interrupt in
decision making. For this purpose, there is another strategy from planning
committee the worker who achieves the specific achievement will be honored to
participate in meeting and give his opinions and addition to that they think about
promoting him if they find him outstanding. There is another element in planning
which has two faces in its accomplishment and that is the planning is in the
centralized manner or in decentralized manner. Centralization means the
planning in which things are also discussed with lower level workers of industry
and decentralization means that nothing is so much shared to lower levels and
only the most necessary things are mostly shared with them so they can know
that how much they will have to do.
