What is Communication?

Effective communication is a connection between people


that allows for the exchange of thoughts, feelings, and
ideas, and leads to mutual understanding.

Communication is the process of making sense out of the world and

How we communicate?

• People communicate through the use of symbols, signs, and

How can we define communication channels?

• In communication process, a medium is a channel or
