"1) HOW DO I SYNC CLAN(S) TO MY DISCORD?"

In order to sync a clan to your Discord, the following three conditions must be met:
- You are an admin of the Destiny clan
- You are registered with Charlemangne, and
- Your role has the manage server permission on the Discord server

If you meet the above requirements, in any channel where Charlemagne has “read/send
messages” permission, enter the following command

!server clan sync

To sync multiple clans, simply have an admin of the other clan, who meets the above conditions,
run the same command

"2) HOW DO I REMOVE A CLAN THAT IS SYNCED TO MY SERVER?"

To remove clans use:

!server clan desync

Those with "manage server" permissions can only remove their own clan, while those with
"administrator permissions" are free to remove any synced clan.
"3) HOW DO I AUTOMAGICALLY ASSIGN ROLES TO DISCORD MEMBERS BASED ON
THEIR CLAN MEMBERSHIP?"

Once clans are synced (see #1 above) and if you are a server administrator, follow these steps
to enable clan AutoRoles:

a) create the role you wish Charlemagne to assign. (Skip if already made).
b) run !server clan autorole
c) Select the role you wish to assign to guardians who are registered with Charlemagne
d) select the "on" reaction / emoji.
e) Select the clan this role will apply to.
f) Select the clan membership level this role will apply to.
g) Wait up to 24 hours for applicable Discord members to obtain their roles.

Charlemagne will assign clan AutoRoles when:

- a registered clan member joins the server.
- a clan member registers for the first time.
- a registered guardian meets the conditions for a role during her periodic checks. (Roles will
update periodically throughout the day, they will not be immediate.)

Notes:
- You can have as many roles as you wish.
- Each role has 1 condition but you can create as many role/condition pairs as you would like.
- Conditions include: specific clan vs all synced clans and membership type vs all members
(Bungie and subsequently, Charlemagne, differentiates "beginners" from "members" from
"admin" and as such any roles set for any particular one of these roles will not be assigned to
the others).
- If you desync a clan, any clan members in the desync'd clan will be removed from "All Synced
Clans" condition.
- In order for roles to be applied, members must be registered with Charlemagne

"4) IF I SET UP CLAN AUTOROLE, WILL MEMBERS BE REMOVED IF THEY LEAVE THE

If they are registered with Charlemagne, yes.
