ACTIVITY 1: Mirroring Therapy and Pledge of Commitment

a) Your facial structure
I feel happy and contented with my facial structure.
b) The circle of friends that you have
I am happy and grateful with my circle of friends because we share the same interest.
c) Your current academic performance
I am not satisfied by my academic performance hence, I would like to improve and be better at it.
d) Living with family
I love my family and all but sometimes I can’t help but feel like it’s a bit too much and
exhausting.
e) Personal relationship with God
My personal relationship with God is not that good but I am trying my best.
f) Your current relationship status
I am at peace. Being single comes with a lot of advantages like having more time with
myself.
g) Your body posture
I am in good shape but everyday I try to do things that would improve it.

PROCESSING QUESTIONS
1. How did you feel about the activity?
Doing this activity feels a bit refreshing for me because these are some things that I
usually don’t do.
2. Was it easy of difficult? Why?
It was slightly difficult for me because I am not used to it and I find it hard expressing
my emotions.
3. Were you able to mirror emotional reactions you had towards the different scenarios in
your life and aspects of your personality? How?
Yes. Though I had a hard time doing it, I was able to mirror my emotional reactions by
putting myself in those different circumstances.
4. What strengths and weaknesses have you noticed or identified?
I’ve been practicing some exercises that would help me in terms of expressing my
emotions but I noticed that I have not improve in conveying it but I still plan on learning
on how to do it and I have no plans on giving up.

PLEDGE OF COMMITMENT
I pledge to continue living life as positively as I can with the help of my friends and
families giving me strength an determination regardless of all the problems that I am and
will go through.
