V- Good morning, I’m Valéria.

D- and I’m Diana.
V- We are interviewers and managers of the telecommunications company “Power Wi-fi”.
We are recruiting employees with a lot of patience, friendliness and flexible hours.
D- The only items needed to work from home is a computer with a fast capability.
V-Without further ado, let’s start the interview.
D-You can start sir, tell me a little about yourself.
G-First, I want to thank you for the opportunity.
I am Gustavo, I am 25 years old, and I have a lot of patience, I am tech savvy and a
fast learner
M-My name is Diogo, I am 28 years old, and I am a very funny, intelligent and trust wordy
person.
V-Why did you apply for the vacancy?
G- I applied for this vacancy because I am currently unemployed, and I like this type of work
M-Because I'm looking for a good place to work and I heard a lot of good things about this
company, so I got interested in working here.
D -Do you already have experience in the area?
G- Yes, I have experience talking to people and working with technology.
M- Yes, I have. I worked in a company and acquired a lot of skills. I have experience in
communication and technology.
V-Do you have a computer at home?
G- Yes, and luckily my computer is powerful and has a lot of memory
M- Yes, unfortunately it is not very potent, but I think it would do the job.
D-From 0 to 10 how much do you rate your degree of patience?
M- 6. I am a very patient person, but when someone provokes me, I get angry and unhappy
and sometimes I do some bad things, but I promise I will try to do my best.
G- 9. As I said before I have a lot of patience and unlike my colleague who is easily
provoked and doesn't have much patience.
V-Wait just a little while for us to reflect on your interviews.
We have already made a decision, it was difficult, but Gustavo will take the job.
