>Factors that benefit the “buy” option are as follows:

-The total budget require for the “build” is significantly higher compared to the buy option. Also, there is risk
elements involved in the build option which may incur losses. Lack of reference as each build is unique also
makes it different to implement thus making buy option a more viable option.

-The “buy” option provides with a better financial stability or position compared to the build option. This is
because it is already used by different companies and is definitely much cheaper compared to build option.

-with the build option, we may incur lack of resources for me project management. Whereas the buy option aids
in creating a product a product with existing available resources and can provide long term support and
maintenance.

subsequent WBS, which can be avoided by new ERP Software.

-In the case creating and testing environment, requirement of more skilled labour on creation and testing is
required. Creating and testing environment is comparatively a new ideology, hence they lock adequate
Workforce who are skilled to test the same. This may result in wrong results. Hence skilled workforce really
what its intents is required and make me purchase.

>The limitation of stated components are as follows:

 Estimation of effort of each task: Each task should be given sufficient amount of time for completion

and should be handed by professionals. If any one of the tasks is neglected, where process will get effected.

-Definition of resources: Mr. Webb is more focused on the build option and hence it is difficult to define all of
its resources which can create a major hassle.

-Lack of experience in the international market 4 even though few component ai can be received in the local
market. Lack of international workforce and restrictions to local talents in the case of work force is also an issue.
-Limitation in creation of technical architecture components. They are not well defined. They should be able to
define the System objective, scope and an understanding among the shareholders.

proven himself to be the best by taking several projects in the past and have a successful track record of
delivering the taken projects on time, budget and efficiency. It is observed that the techniques for planning,
estimating and scheduling had already been one of the noteworthy works of the company. Johnson is well
versed with the new change in technologies well on versed and he is too efficient enough to implement his
learnings for the successful completion of company’s project.
