SuBject : the discount amount is very small comparing with the

charge amount .

I did try to fix this matter with PIL management in china but all
what I GOT WAS A DISCOUNT ABOUT 7300 USD .
this amount is not effective because of high charge amount .
I will appreciate it if pil management in china accept our request
to raise discount amount or at least accept to give us discount
20% of charge amount.
Its very clear that charge amount and commercial invoice amount
are same and this situation is not ordirinary .
I have been trying to contact with evergreen Co. to make its
management give us an approval on our request for raising
discount amount . Its management did surprised us by
responding fast and accept to raise discount amount , surely all
procedures became easiest ,we did pay discharge fees
And delivery order released to us .

I just mentioned evergreen shipping co. because of 2 points ;

– The shippper did divided our shipment on 4 containers , 2
containers belong to PIL CO. and others belong to evergreen
co. so, we suffer from same problem with evergreen .
– Giving us doscount 20% of charge amount help us to fix the
matter faster than ineffective small discount amount .
