A thesis would be unworthy without a good literature because this is the main source of
understanding for readers. The definition of literature has been discussed and argued over time and
there is no precise answer to be given. Any reader or author can define literature as whatever they
wish it to be defined as. This is more of an opinion of how one views certain pieces of work or
writings and whether or not they feel that is actually literature or not.
Not all literature in research is good, some of it are considered not properly reviewed. This can
lead to researchers and readers getting misinformed and could lead into much more disastrous
result. The literature review should carefully examine prior research and though relevant to key
aspects of your anticipated research. It should be used to inform the problem to be addressed and
its significance.
Anything involved around the thesis must be written trough the literature. A strong thesis
statement gives direction to the paper and limits what you need to write about. It also functions
to inform your readers of what you will discuss in the body of the paper.
Getting a great literature is a nice initiative for the researcher reputation. establishes your
familiarity with and understanding of current research in a particular field before carrying out a
new investigation. This is why a thesis is unworthy without a good literature.
