I'm Octávio Justino, resident in the neighborhood of Khongolote, Matola city, graduated in
Journalism and Communication-Professional Technician, by Unitec Academy, in the city of
Maputo.
I worked as a Customer Service Agent (Call Center) in the following companies: Vodacom
Mozambique, Mediplus Companhia de Seguros SA and UNIHealth (Sociedade Moçambicana de
Gestão de Planos de Saúde, Limitada ( SMGPS), with the challenges of answering calls to the
general line (84111) and financial service M-pesa in Portuguese language and Emakhuwa,
analyze and resolve Customer issues raised by all points of contact nationally and customer
relationship areas; and finally in health insurance companies Mediplus Companhia de Seguros
SA and UNIHealth had the function of answering calls, provide authorizations to members for
consultations, medical examinations, Inpatient, and other routine (outpatient) benefit services and
Hospital benefits, among other responsibilities that appear in the curriculum vitae.
Associated with this, I have skills in the use of different computer packages such as MS Excel,
MS Word, and solid internet knowledge.
