PLUMBING SPECIFICATIONS
 All Plumbing works shall execute in accordance with the Revised
National Plumbing Code. Rules and regulations of the existing local
code and ordinances.

 It is not intended that the drawing shall show every pipes, fittings,
valves, and appliances, furnish and install, if necessary all such items
whether specifically mentioned or not indicated in the drawings to
complete system in accordance with the best of practice of plumbing
trade.

 Soil and waste pipe shall properly aligned and install at a uniform grade
of not less than 2% and anchored at interval of 1.5m not to exceed 2.0
m.

 Outflow of the septic tank vault shall be discharge directly to the street
drainage. Drain pipe and catch basin discharge outflow from the septic
vault shall also constructed watertight/waterproof to prevent leakage to
percolate to the ground.

 All vent stack thru roof shall have a clear roof elevation of at least
0.30m.

 No septic vault shall be constructed within the building.

 Install of plumbing fixtures free from and open in a manner to afford

access for cleaning furnish with brackets, cleats, plates and anchor
required supporting the fixtures rigidly in place.
  Septic vault shall be located at a safe distance from a potable water
source (e. g. deep well) to prevent from contamination and preferable
15 meters way as per Section 13 (B) P. D. 856.

 All slopes for horizontal branch shall maintain 2% minimum unless

noted otherwise.

 Pipes shall be installed as indicated. Any relocation required for proper

execution of other trade shall be prior for approval.

 All plumbing works be done under the immediate and direct supervision
of Master Plumber.
