Project management:
 Proposal Submission: Members can submit proposals for consideration by the organization. This
can be done by attaching any relevant documents.
 Proposal Review: Once a proposal is submitted, it is reviewed by the appropriate committee or
group within the organization. The committee can also estimate the financial resources required
to implement the proposal.
 Task Creation: Using the task management module, tasks related to the proposal can be created,
assigned to specific members, and given due dates.
 Task Tracking: The task management module can be used to track the progress of the tasks
related to the proposal, including identifying tasks that are completed, those that are in progress,
and those that are overdue.
 Expense Tracking: The financial management module can be used to track expenses incurred by
the organization related to the proposal.
 Task Reporting and Financial Reporting: The task management and financial management
modules can be used to generate reports on task completion and financial performance related to
the proposal, providing insights into the SK Federation's productivity and financial
performance over a given period.
Communication
 News Feed: The module can display a news feed or timeline where members can see updates and
posts from other members. Members can also comment and react to posts on the news feed.
 Discussion Forums: The module can provide a discussion forum where members can create and
participate in discussions on various topics related to the organization.

Managing profile
 Member Registration: This feature allows the SK Federation to register new members,
capturing their personal information and contact details.
 Member Profile Management: This feature allows the SK Federation to manage member
profiles, including updating contact information, adding notes, and tracking member engagement
levels.
 Member Communication: This feature allows the SK Federation to communicate with members
through the system, including sending notifications, reminders, and announcements.
 Member Directory: This feature allows the SK Federation to create a directory of members,
including their profiles, contact information, and engagement levels.

Event management
 Event Planning: This feature allows the SK Federation to plan and organize events, including
setting event goals, creating event schedules, and identifying event requirements like venues,
catering, and equipment.
 Event Scheduling: This feature allows the SK Federation to schedule events, including creating
event calendars, setting event reminders.
 Event Reminders: The module can send event reminders to members via email or push
notifications. Members can also receive updates and notifications for upcoming events through
the system.

 File Storage: The module provides a central storage location for all the files uploaded by
