Ans1.

So, during my previous job I gave my client a commitment to deliver the product by 7 days as
we were the wholesale traders of manufactured product it was my mistake that I miscalculated the
time being processed for the product to get ready and dispatch by the manufacturing end and which
would delay the delivery time which I already gave my commitment to. I felt really awful and called
my client I apologized them for misleading with the delivery time the client was a little upset on me
so I ensured him this won’t happen again and in future the work will be done before deadline.

Ans2. My biggest strength is my talkative nature which is a very useful to connect with my clients
and create a sort of trust with my work and this lead me to land up on various clients but this is also
my biggest weakness as sometimes I tend to waste a lot of time in talking and procrastinating the
work.

Ans3. So me and my coworker will sit in an enclosed room write all the pros and cons for each way
of doing the task and decide which option will benefit the most for our company. This is the only way
to solve any dispute by talking and finding the appropriate solutions.
