Launching Reflection Week 1

In the morning, I observed that my teammates and I were very productive in designing

our booth. I can see teamwork because they really helped me make my ideas turn into

reality. After designing our booth, it was followed by our product launching and to be

very honest, it wasn’t really that successful because we aren’t really prepared for it. We

were very busy the day before the launching and our team didn’t organize it well. During

our product launching, I saw each member of our team struggle because of lacking

utensils, we were really panicking and having a hard time that day. I can really say that

our team did our very best since we all know what we’re lacking or what we don’t have

that day, but we still managed to overcome and call it “successful” because of the effort

we did. Also, I really didn’t expect that a lot of people will line up in our booth and buy

our product. So yeah, that’s why I was a bit surprised and overwhelmed at the same

time. After all, I took that experience as a lesson, and we all learned our shortcomings

and mistakes that day that’s why we’ll apply all what we’ve learned the second time

around. As a team, we need to plan everything ahead of time and do our best in selling

our product and won’t disappoint our customers since we received a few negative

feedbacks during our first day of selling. We need to adjust, understand, and treat our

costumers nicely to be able to satisfy them and make them come back. Above all, I am

so thankful to God for guiding me and my teammates that day and for continuing to

guide us. To sir Carl, thank you for helping us and giving us honest feedback and

monitoring us always. I really appreciate it and we will really take those feedbacks as a

lesson to be learned and improved.
