Reaction Paper: Business Plan

A month of hardwork, laughter, creativity, ideas, unity, struggles and sleepless nights, that's how I can
describe our group's journey in making our business plan. From choosing the right product to sell and
innovate, our group are always making room for ideas from everyone. Our group leader always ensure
that we all contribute ideas and share our opinions regarding; what's need to be done, how to improve
our paper etc. By brainstorming, we came up to Schiacciato business, potato balls stuffed with cheese or
chocolate.

Our group's first struggle was when our group leader got sick and he wasn't able to attend class. But
despite of that l, we group members initiated to start of making our product for trial and error. On the
first trial, potato balls were lacking of salt and then for the second trial we already got the right
measurement of ingredients. I believe one of the advantage of making our potato balls, requires only
few steps. And by that, only consumers maximum of two hours and then we go to our target place
immediately. The selling of product was quite easy on the first day but on the next few days it became
harder to acquire sales. We marketed our product to put target market by explaining them the
innovation and how will it satisfy their taste buds. The whole experience of cooking, selling, and
marketing was exhausting but fun.

After improving our paper, making corrections and revisions, we finally succeed to go on the final stage
of the business plan which was the defense. It was a nerve wracking experience. Panelist threw lots of
questions but thankfully we managed to answer those questions, though we are a little bit on the edge
of the cliff. Overall, the whole experience of making the business plan was really difficult but it serves as
a memory and a learning experience to all of us.
