Important Instructions:
1. For teaching faculty of Architecture & Planning all applicants must possess valid registration of PCATP.

3. The initial appointment will be made on probationary/temporarily basis which is likely to be continued as regular/confirmed
but could not be challenged in any court of law.
4. All eligible candidates should apply on the application form separately downloaded from our website from 21st September,
2022 to 7th October, 2022. www.sabsu.edu.pk.
5. The application form fee is Rs.3,000/- for Teaching faculty positions and Rs.2,000/- for Non Teaching positions from BPS-20
to 17 and, Rs. 1,500/- for BPS-16 and below should be deposited through demand draft in favor of Vice Chancellor, Shaheed
Allah Buksh Soomro University of Art, Design and Heritages, Jamshoro.
6. A copy of the application form can also be obtained from the Registrar office of the University. Only prescribed forms are
acceptable.
7. Separate application will be accepted for each post.
8. Age relaxation as announced by the Government of Sindh will be followed in both lower and upper limits.
9. The candidates having relevant and extensive experience in the Position mentioned at s.no. 10 will be considered for further
age relaxation subject to approval of the syndicate.
10. Incomplete applications or received after due date, will not be entertained.
11. Only short listed candidates will be called for test/interview.
12. The schedule for written Test and Interview to the short listed candidates will be intimated individually or to be uploaded on
the website of the University www.sabsu.edu.pk.
13. Applicants working in government or Semi Government organization / Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper
channel with NOC
14. Duly attested photocopies of the relevant documents such as; 1. All Academic Certificates, Degree / Diploma, 2. Domicile
Certificate and Form- 3. Experience Certificate(s), 4. Recent four Passport Size Photographs 5. NOC (for in service
candidate(s) only, 6. Copy of CNIC be attached with the application form.
15. The candidates having foreign degrees/certificates will be required to provide equivalence certificates from HEC, Islamabad.
16. The application complete in all respect should reach in the office of undersigned not later than 7th October, 2022.
17. No TA/DA will be given to the candidates appearing for test/interview.
18. The last date for submission of form is 7th October, 2022.
19. The University reserves the right to increase/decrease/cancel any of the positions or not to fill any position or withhold the
appointment against any advertised position.
20 The scrutiny committee/Selection Board reserves the right to accept or reject any application.
