• Liaison for all Polish Government (GGDKIA and Customs) from start to completion of the National Toll System
• Establishing a new Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) & Progress Measurement System.

• Violation Processing Center handled over 50,000 violations per day at over 99.95% accuracy.
• Exceeded contractual requirements in most KPI's including the VPC and record accuracy and violation rate to
GDDKIA.
• Managed the CSC and gas station outlets in regard to distribution of tags, and new customer sign up
• Managed and built the Violation Processing Center including hiring and creating processes with the authority
• Managed and built out the Help Desk and Call in Center.
• Direct contact and negotiation with the Government of Poland (GGDKIA, GITD).
• Responsible for entire Operation oversight and a P&L of 130 Million.
• Developed Project Control Procedures.
• Helped the Gov of Poland create new laws and policies regarding certain types of allowed drivers as well as Weigh
in Motion laws.
