I am Jeethu Punnathara Sunny . I hail from Kerala , India. I completed my Master of Business
Administration (MBA) degree from India. Seven years of my professional life were spent at
KPMG Global Services in India, where I held the position of US Tax Consultant. I have recently
graduated from Humber College in Canada with my first Canadian Degree in the field of
Research Analyst. Cooking and watching television series are two of my favourite interests.

Since I discovered that Permanent Residents of Canada are eligible for free education, I
planned to start studying for my CPA certification as soon as I get my PR status in Canada. I
have a strong interest in working in the field of taxation in either the United States or
Canada.

My goals include establishing a successful career in the field of personal income taxes in
Canada.

A project's environment is the setting or situation in which it takes place. It looks at all the internal and
external factors that can affect how the job is done, what it produces, and how successful it is overall.

INTERNAL ENVIRONMENT FACTORS : The internal environment of a project refers to the factors
and elements within the project itself and the organization undertaking it. Following are the
factors which involved in internal environment
 Process Assets: These assets are unique to each organization and are built over time through
experience and lessons learned from previous projects.
 Data Assets : Data assets are a company's collection of structured and unstructured data that
it uses to run its business, make decisions, and move forward with strategy plans.
 Knowledge Assets : These assets are essential for improving the performance, creativity, and
competitiveness of an organisation.

 Information Technology Software : IT software refers to the programmes, applications, and


systems that are used to handle and process data and help organisations do different things.

EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT FACTORS: These external factors are out of the organization's control,
but they can have a big impact on how decisions are made and what happens. Here are some
important parts of the outside world:
 Marketplace Conditions: These conditions can have a big effect on how competitive an
organisation is, how much demand there is from customers, and how well the business does
generally.
 Regulatory Environment : The regulatory environment is made up of the laws, rules, and
government policies that control how organisations in a certain business or area work.
 Commercial Databases : These databases have a lot of different kinds of information from
many different sources. They are usually organised, searchable, and available through
licencing or subscription deals.
 Financial Considerations : Financial considerations are the parts and factors of an
organization's finances that affect how it works, how it makes decisions, and its total
financial health.
