In order to offer a fast, convenient, and efficient service for

Fullerton citizens, Fullerton City Government set up a hotline 1999,
which is particularly providing a way for consultation and
complaint.

為提供富樂登市民迅速、便利、有效率的服務，富樂登市政府
（Fullerton City Government）設立「1999」為民服務熱線，提供
市政諮詢及民眾陳情管道。

J： I have a friend from Netherlands. He came to see me

and would like to take sightseeing in Fullerton City. I
was wondering if foreigners are allowed using Full card
to rent Full-bike? I heard that foreigners are no longer
available to use it since the name-based policy has
implemented.

basic information. You will be all set to use Full card to
rent Full-bike when your qualification of member is
successfully verified.

doesn’t obtain Alien Resident Certificate (ARC). Can he
use Full card to rent Full-bike as well?
