including Working with Children and/or vulnerable people checks, and organisational
policies and procedures.
2. It is my responsibility to determine whether I am required to hold a Working with Children
Check Clearance, having regard to the applicable State or Territory legislation governing
Working with Children.
I further declare that:
1. I have read and understood the requirements of AIPT's Working with Children Check Policy.
2. I have determined that I am not required to hold a Working with Children Check Clearance.
3. I will not be working with children, or engaged in work which is child-related work for the
purposes of the applicable State or Territory legislation governing Working with Children.
4. The requirement to hold a Working with Children Check Clearance is not an organisational
requirement of my Work Placement organisation.
