Sub:- SPARK - Provision in SPARK for generating the pay and allowance claims
relating to 1011' PR scales (in the case of gazetted employees) whose revision as
per lltn p"y rcvision has already been effected - intimation reg.

As per circular refemed above provision has been enabled in SPARK for generating
the pay and allowance ilaims relating to lOth PR scales in the case of'non gazetted employees
whose revision as per I ltl' pay revision has already been effected

2^ Now Governn')ent are pleased to inform all Heads of Deparlrnent & Drawing and
Disbursing Officers that provision has been enabled in SPARK for generating the pay and
allowance claims relating to l0tl' Pay Revision scales in the case of gazetted officers also
whose revision as per llth pay revision has already been effected. To facilitate the same, the
DDOs are requested to communicate with the Accountant General (A&E) otfice for
cancellation of the llth Pay Revision authorization and to update l01h Pay Revision
authorization with propcr justification and copy of supporting documents to substantiate the
request. On updation of pay slips by the AG Office at lOtb Pay revision rates, the DDOs can
process the claims in such cases. Once the clairn is processed, the same is to be intimated to
Accountant General office for re-authorizing the llil'Pay Revision scales. This procedure is
applicable for one time request only.

catggory in SPARK.

' 4. It is also further informed to all that the bill to claim eligible Earned Leave suruender
in pre-revised rate is also now possible, thor-rgh the employee is in 11th Pay Revision scale,
and il there is a valid AC sumender slip available at the l0'r' Pay Revision rate in SPARK"
